A new workout series, Build & Burn, has been introduced, offering a four-week training program with three distinct free-weight tracks: dumbbell, kettlebell, and barbell. Each track is designed to build muscle and definition, support fat loss, improve movement quality and lifting confidence, and strengthen the entire body.
The program boasts evidence-based programming that supports fat loss, muscle building, and functional strength. Build & Burn is distinct from typical New-Year-new-you challenges because it’s not a one-size-fits-all sprint; it’s a smart strength-training experience built around the individual.
Program Structure
Each training program is four weeks long and recognizes that strength shows up differently for every body, giving individuals three ways to pursue it. Participants can pick the track that matches their style, confidence level, and goals, and are not locked into just one program.
Build & Burn is part of the wider Women’s Health+ membership, which provides access to all of the other ongoing fitness challenges, expert programming, recipes, and a streaming workout library, making it a holistic entry point into a stronger 2026.
Program Tracks
There are three tracks to choose from: Barbell Burn, Kettlebell Burn, and Dumbbell Burn. Each track comes with a month-long training program PDF, instructional videos, and guided follow-along workout videos.
Participants will also have access to education from three certified strength training coaches with different specialties and styles. When signing up for a Women’s Health+ premium membership, individuals will get all three Build & Burn training programs, as well as other perks such as exclusive fitness challenges and hundreds of easy, healthy recipes.
The Women’s Health+ membership also includes a year’s worth of health programming, 450+ streaming workouts, and unlimited content from WomensHealthMag.com, making it a resource for those looking to improve their overall health and fitness.
With its flexible and personalized approach, Build & Burn offers a unique training experience. The program’s emphasis is on functional strength, movement quality, and lifting confidence, and it aims to create sustainable workout momentum for 2026.
